My Letter To CM Penang On Penang Free Wifi (emailed to limguaneng@penang.gov.my)

Dear YB Lim Guan Eng,

I refer to the Penang Free Wifi infrastructure in your state.

During my stay in Penang between 25th to 28th November, 2010, I was trying to locate the Penang Free Wifi to access the internet.

I manage to find the access point near KOMTAR. However, my numerous attempts to connect to it were futile with the message “Server not found”.

In order to correct any misunderstanding that I may have on Penang Free Wifi, I hope that you may provide some clarification whether the Penang Free Wifi is functioning or otherwise.

I hope that you may look into this matter in due course.
